Projects:

A. Moving of 6 Medical Business Offices into one location.

  • Review of each Business Office of their current processes and translate into the new Business Office Policy and Procedures and Processes.
  • Evaluating each offices current IT equipment and determine the future IT Needs fitting into the new processes.
  • Overseeing each offices timelines of moving.
  • Overseeing the new Business Office, IT equipment installations, printers, PCs, Phones and much more.
  • A Very successful move into the new Business Office location and all areas set up and into place for the 1st day of work in new office.
  • Making the 1st day of work go as if they were still in their old offices. Medical Business office can not lose a day in all they do for the Medical Facilities.


B. Transferring 6 Medical Business Offices from Hard Copy reports to Online Reports.


C. Preparing plan, Testing, Presenting Outcomes in Administration and over seeing Year 2000 on 2 Large AS400 Software Programs. Including Printing and Printers.


D. Preparing Testing Plans, for upgrade of the HBOC Software at each Community Center. Including working with IT Staff on the test steps, with each facility on their day to test and to avaulate and report the outcomes before the upgrade could be completed.


Homehealth - was sold during this time. I worked every aspects of the change over to the new company.
