Taking care of Family

I learned how to cook when I was just 8 years old. My Mother's cooking on the Weekend would just wake me up from a deep sleep especially when she made her soft buttery biscuits. My Dad wasn't so keen on the idea of me cooking he would make a big old fuss scolding my mother telling her " that child is going to burn the kitchen down " My mother not only  taught me the ropes of being a good cook , she showed me how to take care of the family.  My mother teaching's enable me to take care of my family to this very day.  When I was a little girl I often would run errands for My Little elderly people in my neighborhood. My mother taught me how to be kind and to show respect to the elderly and to this very day taking care of my family was deep rooted inside of me, because of my mother's teaching my ability to care for people is similar to taking care of family.
