From August 1995 to August 1997 I did visual inspection of completed glasses to be shipped to the optometrists. This included checking lenses in bright light looking for scratches, pits, or other defects. Then cleaning glasses, wrapping up, and packaged for shipping.

From August 1997 to May 2008 I worked in the mailroom. This entailed packing finished product for shipping to each of the customers daily. Did filing of completed work tickets for storage.

From May 2008 to August 2020 I worked in the lens stock room. In this department I picked lenses to fill customer orders and routed them to the next step in production. Also I did extensive manual billing of stock finished lenses daily, monthly inventory of all lens in stock, daily lens return to stock using both Oracle and Optifacts, and stocking shelves with daily lens replenishment. Assisted surface room when needed.
