Worked with students in a self contained classroom and provided educational support along with social and emotional support. Students in this classroom met criteria for placement in an alternative educational setting, however, this school was able to provide and support these students within their current school. Created and implemented PBIS systems within the classroom and monitored behavioral and academic progress when students returned to their classroom. Organized and led meetings with administration and other classroom teachers to develop goals and implemented support systems when students returned to classrooms.
