Receive incoming calls from multiple facilities including hospitals, Dr's offices, and Insurance companies. I assist patients/members with gathering their information and completing a chart for the after hours advise nurses, as well as sending messages, scheduling appointments, booking transportation, and paging the on call providers.
During my time with Sykes I worked for three different clients, including Lowes, Ancestry.com, and Hallmark. In each of these rolls I performed a variety of duties including answering high volume calls from customers with inquiries about products or availability, processed payments, assisted with orders, documented any complaints and resolved problems with one call resolution, and emailed and/or mailed information upon request.
Cared for two alzheimer's patients and one terminally ill patient in the home. Assisted with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, mobility and feeding. Handled light housekeeping duties, prepared meals and ran errands. Administered medications daily and kept a daily log of all medications. Checked daily vital signs, and contacted Doctors or hospice as needed. I worked with these patients until they passed.
