The role for a pharmacy weigher is to make sure the components for each formula are correctly weighed in preparation for blending or manufacturing process.

Roles & Responsibilities includes:

• Accurately dispense all raw materials as per batch record.
• Record weight information on batch records.
• Clean and organize the pharmacy room to be ready for production.
• Checks calibration status of all scales and balances.

Ensure quality and productivity during business operations for the assigned shift.

• Supervised and evaluated staff to help improve skills, achieve daily objectives, and attain advancement.
• Walked through store areas to identify and proactively resolve issues negatively impacting operations.
• Reconciled daily sales transactions to balance and log day-to-day revenue.
• Verified inventory counts remained within monthly tolerance levels and compiled financial data in compliance with budget.
