I provide video conferencing support for the college to include:

• Scheduling and creating Teams meetings for Continuing Education classes.
• Disseminating flyers and registration forms for ACT Prep and CDL Permit Prep classes.
• Emailing class connection information to staff and students with clear instructions.
• Training new faculty and staff.
• Providing technical support for students.
• Gathering high school and college calendars and compiling a spreadsheet with the start/end dates and breaks for planning purposes for the Northern Wisconsin Educational Communications System (NWECS).
• Answering HelpDesk tickets that pertain to my area of expertise.
• Providing excellent customer service to students and staff and outside organizations using clear and kind written or oral communication.

• Managed the Child and Adult Care Food Program
• Completed Community Assessments to support Head Start by identifying many community trends and needs; such as birth rates, poverty rates, enrollment, transportation and health resources. Gathered data from government, education, health and community websites. Reports and charts/graphs were created to show results for each of the seven counties served.
• Managed the ChildPlus software and trained staff. Created reports from this system to provide information for management and federal reviewers.
• Provided support to the Head Start Director in grant writing and reporting.
