Oversee and maintain multiple databases with proficiency in reporting up to date metrics to upper management and stakeholders. Collaborates with many external departments to deploy advancements in current processes. Spearheaded a large-scale process for recognition of team members by establishing quarterly awards ceremonies. Orchestrated the ceremonies to be available to all 500+ employees across the world with the use of TEAMS. Safeguards multiple document types for the department’s employees and provides up-to-date instructions and education to management to disseminate to all employees. DATABASE ADMINISTRATION - Manages multiple databases including the department’s awards budget, which consist of incentive, time off, and qualifications awards for our Bremerton, Bangor, San Diego, and Japan site employees. Responsible for collecting, safeguarding, and database supervision and management of time and attestation reports. These documents are verification of correct pay for our employees. Data from the awards and time and attestation reports are compiled, translated, and presented to upper management bimonthly, at a minimum. Provides excellence in explanation and education on the data and remains receptive and eager when given feedback regarding comments or requests from management. Collects, verifies accuracy, and safeguards leave chits for all employees in the department. Conducted thorough budget reviews, identifies areas for cost reduction and allocation improvements. Performs detailed financial analyses to support budgeting decisions within the company.

Conducted administrative duties for the upper management team of multiple submarine projects, upwards of over 50 employees. Managed high flow of communication throughout the project teams using Microsoft Outlook/FLANKSPEED. Primary point of contact for scheduling and maintaining multiple conference rooms, the upkeep of the computers in those rooms as needed, updates the printed calendars, and generates TEAMS meeting call in information for chair holders of said meetings. Monitor and order various supplies to fulfil the needs of the project teams at multiple point of use locations. Coordinate with specific authorized personnel to place orders for specific items and products that are not readily found in kitting, keep myself informed on the delivery status of said item and keep the requesting employee informed. Promptly and accurately format strategies, memorandums, and Naval correspondence up to NAVSEA standards and ensure these documents are routed to the correct personnel and stored and protected adequately. Maintained the project vehicles by coordinating the maintenance and repair of the vehicles as needed, reporting monthly mileage, storing and managing the "check out" log, and tending to the overall cleanliness of the vehicles, including periodically inspecting the vehicle to ensure no documents or other items are left in the vehicle by any of the workforce who utilizes any of the vehicles. Extensively involved in SUPDESK and the details of many team members within the project. Knowledgeable on team members job order numbers associated to their position, employee tour of duty and scheduled leave, training, medical appointments. Responsible for daily pay, inputting leave, requesting a rescheduling of medical appointments or trainings. Able to make changes to employee tour of duty, loan/transfer to other SUPDESK account, split employee hours amongst multiple job order numbers as needed, correct discrepancies, and direct employees to comptroller if more extensive SUPDESK or Leave and Earning Statement issues arise. Evaluate the schedule in all SUPDESK accounts for the team to find upcoming trainings and medical appointments for employees and email the employees with the reminder. Efficiently operates within SUPDESK, Marine Systems Environment (MSE), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), Waypoints, Personnel Security Management (PSM), Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook, Quality Performance Systems (QPS). Processed awards with code 300, maintained the checkbook for our award balance and kept upper management informed of that data, created certifications to represent the award to be given to the recipient. Coordinated with multiple shops and codes throughout the shipyard to improve process or working conditions for the project team, in turn, benefiting the success of the mission. Organized meeting with IT multiple times to map out our workspaces ports and work to activate more to accommodate the influx of team members. Worked with code 980 to assist in the project team of approximately 30 people moving locations. Worked with shop 06 in the repair of the air conditioning for our workspace during the summer heat.

ACCOUNTABILITY:When given a task, I work efficiently to complete the task in a timely manner, ask for clarification when needed to avoid delay or error, and keep the requesting personnel informed along the way of progress as it is appropriate to the situation. Implemented schedules and structure to my assignments and daily tasks to ensure everything is completed without error. When away from my desk I inform team members of my return time and provide a backup administrator to support the project in my absence. Microsoft Excel is used extensively to keep record of entered timekeeping, leave, and job order numbers for project team employees if ever needed to refer back to.

ANALYTICAL TECHNIQUES: Multiple trends are analyzed through personal record keeping using Microsoft Excel. Time attestations submitted from project team members are recorded along with the method they were reminded and the frequency. Naval correspondence awaiting signatures are tracked and the route in with the signature is obtained is documented, this may be via wet signature, digitally through PDF, or digitally though Microsoft Word.

COMPUTER LITERACY: Proficient in multiple programs including SUPDESK, Marine Systems Environment (MSE), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), Waypoints, Personnel Security Management (PSM), Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook Performance Systems (QPS). The attempt to have non-compliant patients returning to the office was successful due to the record keeping and recall system that had been initiated and followed. Instating this process assisted in keeping workload steady for the office, including restarting treatment, replacing retention appliances, patients bringing friends and family in for treatment, and patients returning for other offered services in our office. Reignited a data collection program for the expiration of various perishable dental products amongst the office. With this program in action, all employees were able to inquire and confirm inventory for any of the three locations at all times, from any location. This prevented over ordering and waste of product, and also prevented running out of products, increasing patient satisfaction and reducing cost. The effectiveness of these new strategies were recognized by management and the implementation was made a permanent change in the office.
