Ultimately, I missed the beside nursing , and returned to coronary ICU!

• I worked with med surgical adult population, pre and post -op heart surgeries, and pre and post procedure. I also took care of medical cardiac patients, and all diagnosis patients , which were experiencing a cardiac health condition at the same time. I.e.- a pregnant mom with arrhythmia, a post hip replacement patient with heart disease, etc.
• I enjoyed the med surg care team , and the work, but when the manager of the ICU and my manager asked me to cross train for the ICU, I was excited at the opportunity. For several years , I worked both units.
