  • Savannah/Statesboro, GA: Mission assigned to prepare community for sale. Fire, Life and Safety restore to code; physical property attributes; curb appeal; occupancy, and generate financial strength to deliver property to stabilization.
  • Wilmington, NC: Tasked with $2 million rehab, occupancy and financial strength. Succeeded with ability to generate profits and sufficient cash flow to pay bills, repay debt and investors. This property thrived in six months with 99% occupancy, rehab project completed and enhanced relationships with University and surrounding communities.
