• Transitioned from the End-to-End Testing Squad to a specialized team focused on the Equinox+ App, contributing to the improvements of this premium fitness app, with over 350K active users.
• Identified gaps in automation testing standards and created comprehensive user journeys and user stories in Confluence, resulting in a 50% improvement in the efficiency and accuracy of automation scripts, streamlining regression testing across platforms.
• Conducted exploratory testing and discovered a critical regulatory violation within the app, immediately reporting the issue to developers and product managers.
