● Helped company founder create all social media accounts and digital strategy for a pre-launch of a new BBQ snack food brand with the usage of southern culture since it was a Texas based start-up company.
● Executed informal focus groups that led to product development, enhancements, and future innovation opportunities such as new marketing ideas and deciding the specific product that was launched.
● Held a front row seat for the company’s 5-year evolution, starting from a simple idea to becoming a retail commercialization that is now launched throughout many southern states, continuing to spread nation-wide.
● Created e-mail campaigns to drive registrations for the Nancy Lieberman and TJ Cline youth basketball camp and deployed these emails to a mass audience of parents sending their kids to this camp.
● Served as basketball counselor/coach using organizational and leadership skills to help execute all aspects of camper experiences including instruction, participation awards, and parent welcome.
● Assisted lead coordinator for Annual Dream Ball Gala event for all set up and on-site activations.
● Elected to lead a student-run organization that plans and executes an annual basketball tournament raising money to benefit a new and profound charitable organization each year.
● Managed and designated roles to a team of 40+ volunteers which included all aspects of event planning and fundraising.
● Created as well as implemented a never been done before custom uniform program associated with the tournament, which ended up leading to an increase in fundraising of 25%.
● Solicited donations and volunteers for annual fundraisers while simultaneously managed invoices for current donors, this led to a total donation number of over $50,000 in 2023.
● Primary student representative chosen to help with recruitment by speaking in front of prospective parents at various parent recruiting events.

● Worked with school administration and board of trustees to reshape the entirety of our school’s outreach positioning in order to attract a broader range of applicants.
● Nominated by head office to be one of four students to be on a sub-committee in order to help interview new head of school candidates in 2020.
