Transferring over from Kennel Assistant to Receptionist was felt very fitting. Since I started to present date, I've shown my Peers and Supervisors that I am reliable, express innovative ideas, and able to provide our clients including their furry friends a great experience at our Hospital.

• I am reliable by multi-tasking all my responsibilities and offering but sometimes doing responsibilities that aren't normally mines. Throughout all the chaos I am able to keep a level head in what seems to be a pressure cooker sometimes.
• I've been recognized multiple times for innovative ways to improve our work environment to help both staff and clients. Just a few examples are organizing our prescription foods and making cheat sheets around the Hospital so there is no miscommunication between staff and client.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and courteously. Whether it's a long time client or new client as a Receptionist we are our company's first and last memorable experience.

From January 2022 to August 2022 I was a Kennel Assistant. As a Kennel Assistant it was my responsibility to care of pets who are boarding at our facility, assist the Technicians in the Treatment room, and keep the Hospital clean and presentable for both staff and clients. While I was in Kennel, I got recognition by my shift leaders' as a reliable member and able to step in as a leader if needed.

I was a Seasonal client advisor at Louis Vuitton Ala Moana. A few significant accomplishments I've made while employed at LV was creating genuine connections with my clients. Provided excellent customer service to clients and ensured satisfaction with product purchases.

• On my first day solo on the floor, I sold a $5150.00 Capucine bag, which was everyone's goal bag
• I've achieved my end goal, which was $52k at least
• I'm very proud of myself to be a seasonal client advisor and be able to keep up with non-seasonal client advisor

• I started working as an overnight inbound associate then I switched over to daytime general merchandiser. My Supervisor/Team Leader praised my ability to keep my session 'Home & Decore' area always stocked, clean, and organized

The position I applied for was stock associate, which implies that I stock front and back of the house (store) with Coach's luxury products such as bags, clothes, jewelry, shoes, and other small goods.

Accomplishments

• Within the 2 years of working at coach, I've received good reviews by helping clients and my peers
• I've received high praise from my Managers by winning our store the best window in our district. Meaning I've created unique and creative displays of our Coach products on manikins and displays throughout the store
• My managers made me visuals expert because I had a keen eye, reliable, and responsible when it came down to making the store presentable

• An one accomplishment I've that meant a lot to me was when I did inventory and organzied almost half of the store by myself within my 8 hour shift
