  • Oversee all operations for responsible wells/pads (prep, frac, drill out, flowback). Completed over 250 Haynesville & Bossier wells in past 7 years.
  • Managed all completions scheduling for up to 5 frac crews to help plan for all wells timing, Drill outs, TTS Dates, Simops, off set shut ins, water forecasts, sand forecasts, & fuel forecast.
  • Lead execution of development's 16 well SIMOPS pad that included Drilling, Completions, Facilities & Production Teams.
  • Produced all budget scenarios & completions costs for all phases of ops to development.
  • Integral role in Covid-19 Response team to guarantee no loss of productive time across 3 frac crews during pandemic
  • Worked with BJ to develop first Haynesville full turbine Natural Gas Titan Fleet to eliminate diesel usage and increase frac efficiencies.
  • Planned & implemented completion designs for over 30 refrac wells from casing liners to bullhead diversion jobs.
  • Implemented start up Haynesville's first electric natural gas fleet from Halliburton to eliminate diesel usage and improve efficiencies.
  • Lead all planning & execution of the Haynesville Basin's first Simul-frac operations using the Halliburton Electric Zeus fleet.
  • Since 2018, have seen a 40% increase in pumping hours per day from our frac companies from the implementation of new technologies, pump schedule refinements, frac equipment maintenance planning, improved plug & perf practices, improved well swap practices & standardizing SOPS across all ops.
  • Lead efforts to develop & implement the Operations Control Center (OSC) into field operations. Support the command center to Implement full scale real-time data collection, warehousing, and remote viewing capability to aid in streamlined operational decision making, look backs, and analysis across frac operations.

  • Planned all phases of well completion for 85 horizontal Haynesville & Bossier wells, including well prep, stimulation using plug and perf isolation, coil tubing drill-out, flowback, and any required workover/fishing operations.
  • Redesigned early frac design (1,400 lb/ft) to a modern frac design (2,700 lb/ft), resulting in proved reserves uplift of 15% (Bcf/1000') for our 7,500' ELL wells and 25% uplift (Bcf/1,000') for our 4,500' ELL wells.
  • Developed completion designs for 3 refrac wells in North Louisiana to help increase overall production in wells with poor initial stimulation.
  • Approved and managed all operational costs
