  • Review over 100 weekly polygraph requests from the DEA’s Human Resources Division (HRD) for completeness and compliance with both Polygraph Section-specific and broader DEA hiring policies, prior to assigning those files to polygraph examiners throughout the country.


  • Operate multiple databases, including the Polygraph Section’s Polygraph Enterprise System (PES), to track relevant files and create statistical reports for both Polygraph Section supervisors and other sections throughout the DEA


  • Collaborate with, and at times lead, meetings with other DEA sections that use the Polygraph Section’s final product to ensure that those sections’ customer service needs are being met.


  • Advise the Polygraph Section management when either emerging statistical trends reflect a potential lapse in high-quality customer service, or when potential lapses in providing high-quality customer service are identified during the aforementioned meetings.


  • Receive cross-training from other DEA sections regarding the preparation of DEA financial forms, and the maintenance of the Polygraph Section’s multi-million-dollar inventory of accountable property.


  • Oversee the administrative support for the Polygraph Section's 30 examiners, including data analysis, requests for information, and acting as a liaison to HRD.
