My name is Brendan Poku and I am interested in the position for Inspection Tech 2 for resilience. I have been working at resilience for the past 9 months and I have learned so much from this job. I had no idea about anything when it came to medicine or working in a medicine company before I came to resilience but I have gained a lot of knowledge on what to do for my position and how to work effectively in my position. I know how to work the MS-60 effectively. I know how to work the tray loader effectively as well. I can manually inspect up to 3 and a half trays a day. I am a hard worker and I like to help push others to do their best. A win is a win and at the end of the day I do not have to do everything just for our team to complete our objectives. As long as I can help out here and there and make sure what our team is doing is correct, then I know I have played my role. I see our team as an actual team and not everyone scores in the game but people play there roles so that the team can win.
