I am a hardworking Communications Technician ready for a new position where in-depth knowledge of various communication technology platforms can be properly utilized. An 8-year background performing installations and upgrades for residential customers. Cheerful and efficient with an exceptional eye and ear for detail, always willing to progress and learn as much as possible in our always changing industry.

Personally have been given many opportunities while working in the field as a residential technician, including being one of the first selected PALs/Trainer for technicians coming into the field and becoming a Senior Residential Technician. These things have helped progress my knowledge of tools we use in the field such as YETI, NWT and Scout to assist in troubleshooting to find solutions for customers. I have gained much rapport and familiarity with local Maintenance Technicians. As a result of projects I have gained experience in understanding map design and builds. Currently progressing through training to become a Commerical/Business technician in the fulfillment tech ops field.
