Brendan Smull

I trained children aged 4-18 in competitive swimming events and pool safety for a summer seasonal swim team. I organized practices, schedules and competitions. I facilitated communication between league officials, parents, swimmers, and pool staff. I maintained training equipment and a safe pool environment.

As an American Red Cross-certified lifeguard, I was responsible for the supervision and safety of patrons at a local neighborhood pool. I maintained a safe pool environment which included equipment checks, water testing, and chemical treatment. As an assistant manager, I supervised the shifts of the current working lifeguard staff.
