This Island has been so good to me! After ten years in the NYC fine dining scene, I moved to Hawaii and have been able to try my hand at outdoor and adventure guiding while continuing to cook privately for families and events. The last two years I've been working seasonally as trip leader for an international culinary and cultural tour company. Between trips, I've kept my cooking skills sharp working as a contracted chef for an old colleague's business on Lanai. I am looking forward contributing to the community here on Kauai again.
