Partnering with the Practice Manager to create strategic plans on growth, OWP enrollment, labor management, and overall stability of the practice. Created plans with Client Service Coordinators around Multi-modal days ensuring that they know how to intentionally schedule, whether it be a focus day ie. CVTO, Dental, or Comp day to ensure success of the day. Been a part of week over week scheduling on deliverables including dental and comprehensive metrics. Weekly I influence our COGS by effectively managing weekly order to align with practice standard for stand alones by maintaining a cost of 16%-18% of weekly generated revenue. Through informal touch bases with the Practice Manager, we quickly assess what adjustments are needed to ensure our labor is ran on market standards. This includes; removing blocks, reaching out to market to offer labor support, and reach out to clients with appointments scheduled farther out to help with lead time.

• As a Client Service Coordinator I would manage scheduling daily to ensure a smooth and successful day. Checking in pets and taking brief information on concerns. Worked closely with VA team to understand same day access scheduling capabilities. Maintaining patient files and redirecting them to groomers, boarding facilities, owners, and animal control. Weekly client connections scheduled to make sure all our clients are using their wellness plans to their fullest extents. Working with other hospitals to take waitlist, surgeries, or any other appointment they could not see in a timely manner. Handled cash, check and care credit payments and made sure they were properly logged. Notated all client conversations to ensure complete accuracy in patient file. As a Veterinary Assistant I work closely with veterinarians to collect samples, restrain pets, and assist in vaccinating patients. I also ran in house samples and prepped samples to be send off to specialty labs. I am surgically trained and capable of anesthetizing animals, monitoring vitals under anesthesia, performing dental cleanings, prepping a pet for soft tissue surgeries, and give medications as needed while under anesthesia to properly maintain a pets vitals. I also manage my pets treatment plans as well as documenting concerns from the owner and relaying that information to the doctor. Daily check-ins and check-outs of patients. Triaging walk in emergency pets to find the best care possible for them
