  • Hired 3 senior solidity engineers, all through cold outreach, to create education materials, and lead teaching efforts.
  • Lead all outreach for our business development/partnerships team to create partnerships with some of the biggest Crypto companies. Also, helped lead partnership strategy with a team of just 3 of us including myself.
  • Through my outreach, and our small teams efforts we secured partnerships with the likes of Coinbase Grants, Arbitrum Foundation (valued at $2.4B), Optimism Foundation (valued at $2B), Olympus DAO (at the time valued at $1B) & Olympus Grants, and more. Also set up meetings with likes of big companies like Coinbase Ventures arms, Polygon (valued at $5.3B), and more where we were not able to find areas to partner.

  • Maintained one of the highest retention rates in the company, ensuring my deals did not fall through throughout the sales cycle.

Personal projects/information

Have worked in teams my whole life, and even have experience in college athletics (baseball). I am highly competitive with a passion for competing at the highest levels in anything. I have shown hard work throughout my career, a drive for always wanting to improve myself, and a love for learning. Some personal project experience include playing professional in multiple video games, working with a friend to create/execute a profitable NFL quant sports betting model, market/trading research, and much more.
