- Performed basic laminating with impregnated carbon fiber and fiberglass for eight months, gaining foundational skills in aerospace ground equipment. After about 3 months, I was the one who trained people how to do the same job. I worked my way up to body working the parts to get them prepped for final assembly and paint. I did that for a few more months and also trained new hires how to do so as well. Oversaw maintenance tasks to ensure shop equipment remained functional and organized. responsibilities while assisting shop manager and performing general labor tasks. Soon after, led a group of 6 guys on a bigger project that I saw all the way through to paint and final assembly.
