• Responsibilities included the planning, development and implementation of corporate and government health, safety and environmental standards, policies and procedures
• Compliance and submittal of agency reports required by regulatory agencies
• Conducted training for all new hires and ongoing education and training of existing employees through daily / weekly safety talks, employee HSE incentive programs and one on one employee interaction
• Conducted Risk assessments, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Hazard Assessments, routine scheduled health, safety & environmental inspections, post-accident investigation utilizing strong investigative and problem skills to mitigate future risk and Management of Change (MOC) assessments
