My goal is to apply my training, abilities, and experience to continue growing within the MICO organization. Serving as a TCCC instructor, assisting with EMT-Basic courses, participating on the hiring board, and contributing to the rebuilding of the FTEP process have been instrumental in developing strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills. These roles have allowed me to effectively integrate educational principles with real-world field experience. I believe advancing into a management role is the natural next step in my professional development, and my combined instructional background and operational experience provide a strong foundation to succeed in that capacity.

• Served as a Paramedic providing advanced life support care across a wide range of medical and traumatic emergencies with a strong emphasis on patient advocacy, compassion, and clinical excellence.
• Played a key role in educating and mentoring EMT-B students, supporting their transition from classroom learning to competent field providers.
• Served as instructional and lab staff for EMT-B programs, contributing to hands-on skills development and scenario-based training.
• Actively assisted in rebuilding and improving the Field Training & Evaluation Program (FTEP) to strengthen onboarding, consistency, and provider readiness.
• Functioned as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) instructor, integrating high-acuity trauma principles into both educational and operational settings.
• Served on the hiring and interview board, helping evaluate candidates and shape the future workforce of the organization.
