Under the guidance of the Nurse Preceptor, clinical nursing responsibilities and patient care tasks were delegated. The patient care tasks included comprehensive head-to-toe assessments, monitoring vital signs, aiding patients in maintaining personal hygiene, ensuring comfortable bed arrangements, and aiding patients with mobility challenges. Clinical nursing responsibilities encompassed tasks like assisting in medical procedures such as IV placements, foley catheter removals, precise medication calculations, administration of medications, and EKG interpretation. During each shift, a complete and  comprehensive nursing care plan was written, covering all aspects of the nursing process, including patient care, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
