Manage several team members around the entire store. My role is specialty sales team leader, so I am in charge of several areas of the store such as; beauty, baby and apparel and accessories. I ensure freight gets worked, the salesfloor stays organized and guest ready and product is getting pulled from the back and pushed to the floor.
