My name is Brennan Matthew Demarest, I am percussionist and Music Educator based in Hammond, LA. I have taught and helped at at multiple schools around the state and area being Ponchatoula High School, Hammond High School, and Albany High School, aswell as starting recently at the Community Music School at Southeastern Louisiana University. Currently education wise I have graduated from Albany High School, and am working on my Bachelor's in Instrumental Music Education, within Southeastern Louisiana University. While working towards my studies I have participated in the SELU Drumline Fall 2023-Present, SELU Symphonic Band Fall 2023-Spring 2025, SELIU Wind Symphony Fall 2024-Present, SELU Percussion Ensemble Fall 2023-Present, and multiple other smaller gigs within the University from Jazz to Choir. Throughout all of this experience I have not only taught a very diverse group of students but have also honed by musical abilities.
