AutoCAD
Architectural Designer with a proven track record at Spokane Houseplans, Salas O'Brien, and d'Zigngroup Architecture, enhancing project outcomes through expert use of AutoCAD and Revit, as well as clear & confident communication with clients and jurisdictions. Experienced in producing precise construction documents, coordinating across disciplines, and refining design workflows with a sharp eye for detail and deep understanding of residential and commercial architecture.
Currently pursuing an Architect License, I’m more prepared than ever to work closely alongside a licensed architect, eager to contribute meaningfully while learning the ins and outs of the profession at a higher level. My goal is to grow into a well-rounded architect through mentorship, project exposure, and continued hands-on experience.
My passion for design began early, thanks to my Grandfather who introduced me to woodworking through his successful woodshop business. That hands on experience sparked a fascination with how things are made and ultimately led me to pursue a degree in Architecture after falling in love with the design/build process. Since graduating, I’ve spent the past four years refining my drafting skills in both residential and commercial design. Focusing on construction-ready drawings and code-compliant plans.
That architectural foundation naturally compliments my woodworking hobby, where I’ve built everything from subwoofer boxes and trophy plaques to full sized bedframes. My most ambitious build to date is a custom “Mega” workbench, a multifunctional workstation I built after a year of investing in my personal shop, crammed into a single car garage. It features a table saw, router table, soft-close drawers, a built-in dust collection system, wall-facing power outlets, and a tray for an air compressor—all mounted on adjustable locking casters that allow the bench to move freely or stay firmly in place when in use.
Looking ahead, I hope to continue expanding my skills across both fields. While woodworking is a hobby, I plan to explore selling custom pieces online and ultimately find ways to blend my creative hands-on building with my professional career in Architecture.
