- I wash dishes thoroughly, sorted and stacked dishes, utensils, and glassware as efficiently as possible.
- I operated fryers, as well as managed preparing hot and cold foods, to get orders out as effectively, and well done.
- I close every night, which involves washing every single dish, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and wiping down surfaces from top to bottom, to ensure absolute cleanliness in my work environment.
- I worked usually with only one other person, which has sped up my skills in meal preparation and general work skills, and prepared me to be quick in my management.
