Self employment is my strong point as well with areas like labor optimization, finance observation and loss mitigation tactics, production, operational supervision, and many more qualities that can only be gained with a strong background of self employment.

I started all this with my work ethic that is incomparable. In the field I always had the attitude that if the job ain't done than you ain't ready to go home. I recognize PROBLEMS and then offer SOLUTIONS. American Dream Properties is a holder of 2 real estate holding, one is an airbnb Cabin in Oklahoma and one is a family run convenient store in Siloam Springs , Arkansas name Myers General. All developments were self built from the Planning phase all the way up to being granted a Certificate of Occupancy which cleared us to opening.

Maintaining business has brought about skills that the common employee lacks the understanding of. Especially when it comes to protecting the revenue of a company. Labor, production maximization vs. cost effectiveness is one thing that can only be learned through actions when they are effecting ones personal finances, and that's where I make the proactive steps and recgnize those problems that will stimulate higher margins for my customers and employers.
