During my time with this company I have progressively worked my way up through the breast/fillet deboning area, I have learned every job and discovered new techniques for every aspect of this process allowing my department to have a higher efficiency with a greater yield lowering the overhead cost to the company, as a Utility and Back up Lead I have familiarized myself to standard operating procedures, scheduling of worker rotations, hands on training for line workers and area Utilities. I have familiarized myself to Microsoft Share Point, Excell, Word, Kronos, UKG Dimensions and various other computer related tasks, my time has been well spent for gaining the knowledge needed to further excel my growth within this company. Later taking on the roles of the Sanitation Lead, Supervisor, and currently the Evening Operations/Sanitation Manager that allowed me to expand my growth and knowledge of the entire facility to ensure Plant Integrity in all areas. Over the last 8 years my time has been better spent ensuring the facility stays in top notch condition and the Employees are following proper policies and procedures as well as adhering to safety guidelines as established by OSHA. I have made several process improvements throughout the facility to streamline efficiency and reduce costs to ensure goals and metrics are being completed in a timely manner. Accomplishments

    Over the many years of my employment I have been blessed with various opportunities to learn and grow in a multitude of different fields and gain expertise knowledge of just about everything life has to offer. I am very grateful that I have been able to share this knowledge with so many people that I have crossed paths with over the last 30 years. I love to learn new things and find ways to make improvements to make this a better world we live and work in. I have been able to take many classes for certifications of so many different things from Electronics, Satelite communication, Crop Specialty, OSHA, Food Safe programs, Chemical Compositions and Chemistry as well as a plethora of classes in Management and have been truly grateful for all that I have been able to see.
