As a lead logistics keeping logistics associates focused and motivated was a main priority. Making sure freight was received quickly, planograms were set correctly, and inventory was accurate were frequent tasks. Pricing of the entire store was also the duty of lead logistics.

While at Northern Tool and Equipment the repair shop and parts room of the Asheville location were the main focus as a mechanic. Running daily reports, creating and updating invoices and work orders, as well as tending to customer concerns. At the Johnson City location, overseeing the Stihl department and the employees therein were the responsibilities as a department supervisor.
