• Build and set all forms systems hand set and EFCO
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees
• Providing adequate resources to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, and procedures
• Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials

• working on time sheets for employees and preparing schedules. supervise crews, building 6 week look ahead's.
• Order materials, work directly with other workers. inspect work done and sometimes provide training for new employees.
• Daily reports costs and finances as well as coordinating activities between the different trades and professionals.
• This was a tenant improvement project, Demo, Framing, Electrical, Machanical, Plumbing, Drywall, Tile and all Interior cabinetry
