
As an Aviation Maintenance Administrationman I performed technical, managerial, and support duties required by the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP); by preparing aircraft and maintenance related correspondence; maintain directive control and custody records, control forms and reporting requirments; maintain files on departmental organization, manning, personnel travel, transfers, and training requirements; plan, program, and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and the incorporation of changes and modifications on and to aircraft and aeronautical equipment and support equipment. setup and administer basic Local Area Networks (LAN) in support of detachment processing; liaise with ship and/or shore Information Technology personnel for LAN support for Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS); maintain data integrity between operations and maintenance departments; manage NALCOMIS hardware and software upgrades.
Conscientious Leader. Meticulously supervised three Aviation Maintenance Administrationman in the upkeep and tracking of three MH-60S logbooks, six engine logbooks, 93 life-limited components, and 53 support equipment records. My dedication greatly contributed to the completion of 616.3 mishap-free flight hours, an impressive 93% SAR availability rate, and NAS Key West's selection as the 2023 Aviation Rescue Unit of the Year.
As Logs and Records Program Coordinator, I was the driving force behind the program receiving zero major discrepancies during the 2024 Commander, Naval Air Forces Aviation Maintenance Inspection and directly contributing to SAR receiving an impressive score of 89.

Technical Directive Reports: Verified 198 NAT02 Support Equipment Technical Directive reports, ensuring all technical directives were accurately documented and reported during the annual verification process.
Mail Orderly Duties: As a mail orderly for the IM-1 division, contributed 255 hours to the organization and distribution of 236 pallets of mail, supporting 40 divisional sailors. These efforts significantly boosted morale during the 2020 WESTPAC deployment.
