Summary

Focused biomedical student, I am a current full-time undergraduate student with strong interests in physics and biomedical engineering. My goal is to publish my own thesis level work, go to medical school, and build a career as a scientist working on new ideas in STEM. I’m naturally curious and always trying to understand how things work, which is what drives most of my research and projects.

Skills

  • Scientific Research and publication
  • Scientific programming
  • Lab experiments and research, Most of my work is in physics and philosophy, where I’m used to reading dense material, pulling out what matters, and testing whether it makes sense
  • Critical thinking, Studying philosophy trained me to analyze systems, question assumptions, and apply logic across STEM fields It’s one of my strongest skills and shapes how I approach science and problem solving
  • Strong work ethic, stay focused for long hours, push through challenges, and follow through on complex tasks without needing outside pressure I perform well under pressure, the high stakes environments have helped me stay focused and push me to get things done
  • Team collaboration, like hearing where other people are coming from, whether in labs or in the classroom, and I’m good at seeing their point of view and either building on it or helping fix gaps in the idea
  • Time management
  • Trilingual fluent in, Spanish English, Portuguese
  • Physics fundamentals, currently working towards my own theoretical physics model in which I will also pair with a physics simulation software

Certification

  • Certified CPR BLS Providor, American Heart Association Ecard Code: 255419444826
  • Certified in working with Blood Pathogens

Interests

My main interests sit where engineering, biology, and space meet I’m really into biomedical robotics and how we can design devices that work with the human body, as well as the kind of engineering that goes into space exploration I also spend a lot of time reading and thinking about genetics and DNA design, sketching ideas for future gene level treatments and engineered systems

On the hardware side, one of my ongoing projects is designing a modern scientific calculator/AI tool to make real problem solving easier for students and researchers, along with smaller physics and coding projects connected to these ideas

I enjoy philosophy and reading because they help me understand human nature better and push me to become a better person Philosophy has also been the root of my curiosity it’s what made me start questioning how reality works in the first place
