Brent Hodge

I’m actively seeking employment in a full-time teaching position. I’m currently attending the University of California Teaching Preparation Program, while simultaneously working for Merced Union High School and Weaver Union School District. Here is a little about myself; I graduated UC Merced with a Biological Sciences Degree emphasizing in Human Anatomy. During my time at University, I excelled in advanced biology, chemistry, and mathematics. In high school I was a student athlete who maintained a 4.2 GPA. I was actively involved in AVID, community outreach programs and enrolled in Merced Community College. From a young age, I believed in a healthy balance between education, extracurricular activities, and helping the community. As a teacher, I want to inspire lifelong learners and help them achieve their goals.
