Summary

Dedicated and student-centered educational leader with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles across K–12 education. Began my career as a high school science teacher with the Conneaut School District (2000–2007), focusing on supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of students in grades 8–12. Transitioned into administration as assistant principal at Fort LeBoeuf High School (2007–2015), where I contributed to shaping a positive school culture through initiatives such as the "Leave a Legacy" program. From 2015 to 2023, I served as principal of Fort LeBoeuf Middle School, working along side our team to achieve some of the highest academic performance results in its history through a strong emphasis on student-staff relationships and instructional excellence. Currently, I serve as principal of Mill Village Elementary, director of the Fort LeBoeuf Cyber Academy, and the district’s homeless/foster care liaison. In each role, I remain committed to fostering academic success, cultivating supportive school environments, and maintaining fiscal responsibility to support long-term district sustainability.
