Brent Kladis is a communicative firefighter known for first-rate listening skills and integrity. Through the years of serving in the Fire Service he has displayed expertise in providing emergency rescue, performing fire suppression techniques and maintaining fire apparatus and equipment. Amongst his various qualities, Brent has a strong focus on teamwork, ensuring safety, brotherhood, and achieving operational goals. Regularly, he proves to be reliable and adaptable with skills such as decision making, effective communication, community outreach/education, and incident command when an acting officer.
