Work History

Senior Strategic Consultant

Fleet Team Inc.
01.2022 - 05.2023

I was initially given a legacy account (PPG Ind.). I worked closely with different team members, to understand the scope of services. I was responsible for site surveys to on-board new PPG plants, I would determine required specifications for new equipment, solicit multiple manufacturer's quotes, organize and present options (quotes) to PPG. I would offer my thoughts and recommendations, they'd make their decision. At that point I ordered equipment with all ancillary equipment (attachments, batteries, chargers), and supervised every step of the process to get equipment delivered on time w/correct required specifications. Additionally, I was responsible to arrange routine and breakdown maintenance for all MH equipment. This required soliciting service quotes from multiple local providers, deciding the best option, and forming a relationship with chosen dealer, through the on-boarding process. Once awarded, I was responsible to monitor all service activity, make decisions as to whether a particular unit should be fixed or replaced, make sure all routine maintenance was done correctly and on time. I held weekly scheduled meetings to report results and answer questions.

After, several months managing the PPG Team, I received (3) new (start-up) accounts of my own. Monterey Mushrooms, Tarkett Flooring and Phantom Automation. For the last 9 months, I've done all the above (PPG work description) for these accounts. I was making great progress until the mandatory staff reduction.

Grandkids, fishing, rockhounding, guitar.

I live in the same town as three of my grandkids, so we get together often for sleepovers and day trips. I've been fishing since I can remember, I've caught some amazing fish (pictures to prove it!) Arizona is a great state to look for fossils and minerals, I have a couple professional tumblers (rock polishers) we use to really make them pop! I've played guitar for 50 years but you'd never know it, unless I constantly mention it.
