Summary

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to learn in the classroom and in diverse organizational settings more about four of my passions—leadership development, nonprofit organizational systems, the ministry of the church, and counseling. I have learned as much as I have contributed, to institutions of higher education, the church, a hospital and now nonprofit pastoral counseling center. I am proud to say that I have aided each organization in taking faithful steps in the direction of their vision while not losing sight of their history and the values that needed to be lived as change was enacted. Ironically, a resume communicates what changes we bring to organization, when the greatest transformation has been in me as a leader.
