This bar was like the movie roadhouse. I had to hire the biggest bouncer I could find, and we battled the bikers and local gang members to clean the bar up and remodel it.


We took this bar from listing in liquor sales for the State of Idaho at 236th to 34 in about a year.


We did a complete remodel that took 60 days in the middle of that timeframe.

I hired, trained, and fired, all of the employees for an absentee owner that lived out of state.. We were the number two bar in downtown Spokane and enjoyed live music or DJs every night with 36 taps 40 shots on the menu.

Over the last 11 years, I’ve enjoyed developing brands and growing sales with having multiple brands reach the $2 million in sales a month. I’ve managed rapid growth with multiple brands starting at $60,000 a month in sales and taking them to 1.8 to 2 million in monthly sales.
