I am currently working for michelin, I have decided to try a pursue a different employer as the plant I currently work at will be closing this year, I have secured a job in the mixing portion of the plant that will be staying open for a unknown amount of time. Its for these reasons i wish to apply for a job with valero. I live locally and will not be relocating from this area. Im a very goal oriented person i wish to achieve the highest roll and progress with in the company. I have progressed within the level progression system at michelin to a level 5. Ranked 1-5. I always strive to be a great leader for others and hope to have a great place to be a part of a team.
