Responsible for the fabrication and installation of all sizes of carbon steel, chrome and stainless steel pipe as presented on isometric drawings
Experienced in the fabrication and installation of pipe supports, pipe assemblies and all types of flanged pipe/valve assemblies
Responsible for proper placement of pipe and pipe assemblies as specified on ISO’s coordinates through the process of “Bull Rigging” via crane, chain falls, come a longs and other forms of rigging
Assist Quality Control in performance and production of proper industry standards of Hydro Testing and nitrogen purges of pipe and pipe welds
Help assist the crew Foreman in assigning, reviewing and recording daily production
Acting foreman when Foreman was absent
Assist Quality Control in performing and applying industry standards of torqueing bolts on all types of pipe flanges and valves
Experienced in assisting plant operators in the commissioning, start-up of plant process units and introduction of product to process units
Accomplished a grade of 87 on Turners pipe fitter test
Received NCCER A-Class Pipefitter certification in February 2017
Able to read isometric drawings, structure drawings and P&ID’s as well as draw isometric pipe layouts
