I'm currently working on my 29th year in law enforcement. I have held numerous positions which required me to focus on courtroom security and operations, including my current post at Sebastian County. I'm not only a training officer, but also a certified instructor. I'm also currently an adjunct instructor for ALETA. I have extensive experience teaching, supervising, and with hands-on training. In addition, my previous duties have required that I specialize in both public relations & working with outside agencies.
