I was considered and partially trained in order to become a yard marshal before my departure from DPX6.
As an associate I have helped bring flats to a 1.82% recirculation night during peak season.
As a process guide I've also helped lead flats to a 2.0% recirculation night breaking the previous record for a non-seasonal night.
I became a learning ambassador after working for GYR1 for approximately 2.5 months and held that role for 6 months until I stepped away from it.
After working for GYR1 for 5 months I earned the role of being a PG for either side in flats.
Achieved cutting Finance department costs through effectively helping with correcting a numerous amount of time cards due to system errors along with daily audits.
Completed first year in HRAP role with a total of 4,180 cases created for associates on site from 1.01.2023-12.31.2023 and 96.1% positive response rate as well.
