Being new in this industry i have taken everything that I have learned and observed with all precautionary abilities. I enjoy and strive off of being able to learn, grow and produce no matter the time length at a job site. Learning new procedures and the flow of material that is being produced on site, tends to make me find these accomplishments more self soothing then a party next door. Coming from working in customer service most of my work life, I've learned to ask the most valuable question. How can i make it better?
