Train volunteer/called teachers

Develop relationships with Priesthood leadership, learn their vision for programs and help implement their vision.

Supervised 27 Teacher Trainers. These Trainers oversaw development of 45 Seminary Student Teachers. Training included pedagogy, classroom management, administrative duties, and social skills development.

In bi-weekly encounters each trainer and I observed student teachers in their classrooms. I observed as trainers provided feedback and counsel. Afterward the trainer and I counseled about how to improve training.

Prior to visiting Trainers, I counseled with program directors about their vision and directed training accordingly. Provided detailed reports of training for the convenience of Principals, Region Directors, and Area Director.

Supervised Institutes of Religion and Seminaries in North Florida and South Georgia.

Developed relationships with Priesthood Leaders and implemented their vision for Seminaries and Institutes programs.

Taught Institute Courses, supervised Student Council Presidency and Student Leadership Committees.

Served in this capacity at Boise State University (3 Years), Weber State University (5 years).

Managed buildings, budgets, records, and teachers. Developed relationships with Priesthood Leaders and implemented their vision for the programs.

Served as Seminary Principal in four locations, for a total of 14 years.
