Dynamic leader with a proven track record of excelling in customer relationship management, team building and development, driving significant improvements in performance and customer loyalty.
During the construction of a new facility and in preparation of the Grand Opening of this franchise location, I was involved in the planning of the facility while simultaneously going through a management development program. This included reviewing floor plans, equipment placement, architects renderings and drawings, acquisition of equipment and furniture, multiple site visits and meetings with general contractor & subs, etc. My management development program included focus on leadership, hiring and managing employees, customer relations and P&L management. I completed a one-week franchisee training program the the brand HQ and another full week of pre-opening training with our entire Team in our store.

Was brought on board as a management intern and promised to take over significant responsibilities from the founder/owner of this premium pet brand marketing firm.
