Starting as a bulk order picker, I was quickly promoted to outbound distribution lead. I managed a team of 12-20 people to pick, process, scan, and ship 6-11 thousand orders daily. I was in responsible for team cohesion between bulk, shelf, and shipping teams and as such was trained as a jack of all trades but still mastered most (second highest pick rate in bulk, unrivaled trailer loading, and most well versed in our individual customers needs and expectations). I was also on the safety committee and attended weekly conference calls to discuss any suggestions or lessons learned from other facilities in the nation.

Managed a team of 9 setting apparel and footwear decks with product, changing ads, daily stock intakes that required anti theft sensor placement, all while maintaining a presence “on the floor” for customers.

Barista at a very fast paced drive through Starbucks, I had a lot of fun and enjoyed the multitasking “bouncing” between taking drive through orders, heating food, and working bar. Was working on my coffee masters before leaving due to management issues/lack of hours.
