Favorite completed projects

Shred-It

32,000 sq foot two story block building with an elevator and second floor roof top garden. This project was unlike any other that I have ever built. The roof top garden was both challenging and exciting. Who dose not love to build elevators? This particular elevator I had to relocate and it was a chalenge. It was drawn in a location where we had structural steel column footings. I spent a few hours and was able to address the issue and keep the project on schedule and obtain proper spacing for the stair system.

First Independent Bank of Nevada

4900 sq foot wood framed building with stucco cladding. This project stands out as a favorite because building a vault inside of the bank before you build the actual building is both exciting and chaotic at the same time. It is pressure based due to the deadline of the vaults arrival. The set up dates have to be met or you will miss the window for that trades installers. The drive thru teller system was challenging and had to be precise due to proper turning radius's for vehicles based on county and state codes.

Skipolins Italian Restaurant

4400 sq foot wood framed building with stucco cladding and a beautiful outside fire place sitting area. This was my first project I ran as a superintendent.  It has a very high standard commercial kitchen including a hand crafted pizza oven. The kitchen was designed and built by the chef and myself. The ansul system and mechanical grease ducting was challenging and exciting at the same time. This was a complete design build between the chef and I.

Witt Phase 2

An 11 acre storage facility with an 900 foot long by 20 foot high shotcrete wall including built in valley gutter and drain system. A complete designed storm drain system that in total was equivalent to a quarter mile. Including 8 buildings both climate and non-climate controlled for a total of over 160,000 sq feet of storage units 440 total. Theses buildings are steel framed with metal siding and completely insulated. With mechanical ducting to accommodate each unit with its own heat setting, including motion controlled lighting and 3 hour rated fire walls.

These are just a few of my favorites. I have built banks, restaurants, strip malls, several storage facilities, several office buildings wood framed, block built and steel framed. Over the years in my career I have learned so much, I am always wanting to learn more to grow and expand my skills. I take pride in myself and my work. I am a great leader and I feel that I am a beneficial asset to any team I become apart of.
